About Me
My passion is mentoring the next generation of change-makers and leaders with multiplier potential at key moments in their careers.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to those who aspire to build a better future for all, not just a few.
For almost three decades I have worked at the intersection of economic and social development and global leadership. This has allowed me to understand that systemic transformations are only possible when they begin as personal transformations, in the first person.
I have lived through three key professional stages. The first as an executive in multinationals such as Procter & Gamble and Danone.
The second as Division Head in institutions such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
The third since 2010 as a consultant, executive advisor, and facilitator, collaborating with leaders at all levels; from young change-makers to CEOs of multinationals.
Throughout this journey, I've focused on helping these leaders gain clarity in complexity, ask the right questions, and turn their capabilities into real strategic advantage.
Discover a new way to lead in complex times with more traction and less sacrifice.
