Enjoying meetings with powerful women at the end of the summer: A room full of managers of large multinational companies, and another room – this time virtual – with female judges and heads of penitentiaries. The theme: the game of influence. The question: which game is worth playing and for which causes? The dilemma: what are we going to do with the power that makes us worthy of exercising it? Do not be jealous, my dear managers… this century belongs to all of us who know how to share power and put it at the service of worthy purposes. The question, increasingly relevant, is what those purposes are.
