Little Red Dress: on Navigating Intense Weeks and Evolutionary Moments

These past few weeks have felt like wearing my little red dress: fully present, no room for hesitation, walking into spaces where intensity, beauty, and deep transformation unfold all at once.

It’s been a sprint—a privilege, really—to accompany individuals and teams at a crossroad. One of those moments when, if you’re not going through an existential crisis, you might not be paying enough attention. Which, let’s be honest, could become your organization’s -and your- next bottleneck.

In the middle of this intensity, I see something extraordinary: brilliant minds returning to basics. Listening deeply. Asking different questions. Some still resist the big questions—they hover around them, delay them—but others are courageously stepping in. And when they do, they make it easier for all of us to step into a better future.

It reminds me of something that the great Jorge Wagensberg wrote: “If you change the answer, you get an evolution. If you change the question, you get a revolution.”

We need new forums to think together. Not performative dialogue, but true generative conversation. The kind David Bohm dreamed of—where presence clears the channel and the frequency shifts.

The red dress and I have been to quite a few powerful places these weeks.

Thanks to all of you who have created and cocreated them and who’ve been part of this ride. Let me just mention a few of you, even though there are many more… Enrica Porcari, José Mª de Areilza Carvajal, Carlos Calderón, Concha Prieto Escudero, Raul Gomez, CFA and his fantastic team, the great Herminia Ibarra and Valentí Fuster, both always on the edge, Marta Suquet, Sergi Rosell Bochaca, Elisa de Ferrando, Natalia González Martínez, Marisa Pérez Puerta, Beatriz Rúa, SAMIR SAMHAN, LUIS PERTIERRA FERNANDEZ, Tamer Boutros, CFA, Juan Ferrero Carbajo, Sergio Poblador Blanco, Alejandra Fernández Cobo, Maria-José Sánchez Fernández, Victoria Gismera, GRP, Álvaro Gil Ferrer, Paula San Luis Castellano, Anthony Campbell, Alicia Sonlleva… and many more. You know who you are. Deeply grateful for how you have helped expand my mind, heart, and presence.

Because these days are about presence. About turning down the noise and tuning inwards and into each other. Enjoy them fully… and May the force be with us.
